Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Creative Kind Design! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both you (the client) and us (the service provider), and ensure a smooth, happy experience.

1. Custom Orders

All of our products are handmade and often personalized to your event. Because of the nature of custom design:

  • Once approved, custom proofs cannot be revised further without additional fees.

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details in your proofs—what you approve is what will be printed.

  • We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise discussed.

  • Custom quotes are valid for 14 days from the date sent.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice (excluding confirmed custom quotes).

3. Turnaround Times

  • Typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from proof approval to shipment. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance.

  • Delays in customer communication may delay your order. Please respond promptly to emails/proofs.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to correct the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order:

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom items.

  • If there is a mistake on our end, we will gladly correct it and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If design work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus any design time already spent.

7. Copyright & Usage

  • All designs are the intellectual property of Creative Kind Design.

  • You may not resell, reproduce, or claim the designs as your own.

  • We reserve the right to use photos of your finished pieces for our portfolio, website, or social media (personal event details will remain private unless otherwise approved).

8. Communication

  • We primarily communicate via email at meghan@creativekinddesign.co.

  • DM inquiries on Instagram are welcome, but official orders and proofs will always be confirmed via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

Creative Kind Design is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, including event delays or scheduling issues due to unforeseen shipping circumstances.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
