    I create personalized signage and event decor for weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, and other celebrations. This includes welcome signs, seating charts, banners, table numbers, place cards, and more—all personalized to fit your style and event vibe.

    Q: Do you take custom requests?
    Absolutely! If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for in the shop, send me a message—I’d love to create something just for you.

    Q: Can you match my invitation or color palette?
    Yes! I love designing pieces that coordinate with your theme. You can send your invite or inspo pics, and I’ll take it from there.

    Q: Do you accept returns?
    Because everything is made-to-order, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—I want you to be happy with your pieces!

  • Q: How do I place an order?
    You can send me an email, or fill out the inquiry form for custom orders. Once I get the details, I’ll follow up with pricing, timeline, and next steps.

    Q: How far in advance should I order?
    At least 3–4 weeks before your event is ideal! My schedule fills up fast, especially during peak wedding and shower seasons. Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability (rush fees apply).

    Q: Is there a minimum order?
    Nope! Whether you need a single sign or a full set of coordinated decor, I’m happy to help.

  • Q: Can I schedule a free consultation call before placing an order?
    Absolutely! I offer free 15-minute consultation calls to chat through your event details, signage needs, and answer any questions you have. You can schedule a call by either filling out the inquiry form on my website or sending an email directly to meghan@creativekinddesign.co. Once I receive your message, I’ll be in touch to coordinate a time that works best for you.

    Q: Will I get to see a proof before it’s made?
    Yes! For all orders, you’ll receive a digital proof to approve before anything is printed or made. Nothing goes to print until you say it's perfect.

    Q: Can I request changes to my proof?
    Yep—your first round of edits is free. Additional changes may incur a small fee depending on the complexity. I’ll always let you know before charging.

  • Q: Do you offer shipping?
    At this time, I do not offer shipping. All orders are either available for free local pickup in Wheaton, IL, or delivery to your event venue for an additional fee.

    Q: Do you deliver to event venues?
    Yes! I can deliver directly to your event venue for an additional fee. Delivery availability is based on location and schedule—just include your event details when you inquire.

    Q: Do you accept rush orders?
    Yes! Rush orders are accepted depending on my availability. A rush fee will apply and is based on how quickly the order is needed and the complexity of the project. Send me a message with your event date and what you need—I’ll do my best to make it happen!
